Hemsedal IL was one of 27 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Hallingcup 2019. They participated with four teams in Gutter 8 (5v5), Gutter 9 (5v5), Jenter 10 (7v7) and Jenter 12 (9v9) respectively.
In addition to this, Hemsedal IL have participated in Hallingcup before. During Hallingcup 2018, Hemsedal had three teams playing in Gutter 8 (5v5), Gutter 11 (7v7) and Gutter U16 (11v11) respectively. The team in Gutter U16 (11v11) made it to the the 5-6 in A-sluttspill, but lost it against Loddefjord IL G16 by 3-7. Hemsedal comes from Hemsedal which lies approximately 28 km from Gol, where Hallingcup takes place.
